-基本信息

-研究方向

方向一：功能基因组学，基于CRISPR/Cas13等反向遗传学技术和慢病毒插入突变文库筛选等正向遗传学方法，结合高通量测序和生物信息学分析，对基因组中的长链非编码RNA及参与抗癌药物耐药作用的新基因和新转录本进行功能鉴定。

方向二：基因组学新方法新技术开发，通过基因组特征性序列标记和捕获，结合高通量测序技术，开发新的基因组学研究方法和技术，主要研究对象包括全基因组范围内的DNA损伤（如单链和双链DNA断裂）、基因组中的单链DNA区域，以及线粒体DNA复制起点等。
